A lot goes into starting a new business, and not all of it is glamorous. Inventory, receipts, expenses, credit card processing: all necessary but not fun, not like interacting with customers or creating new and innovative products.
The same goes for searching for and ultimately deciding upon a point of purchase system for the Nest Bedding store. There are a lot of products in the marketplace, all offering a solution for retailers. I looked at most everything in the market, but my search kept coming back to a company called ShopKeep.

ShopKeep is created by people with a retail background, and it shows in its ease of use.
After some back and forth and haggling, I purchased their iPad based solution, which consists of a new iPad, wireless register and receipt printer and the necessary hardware to make the system run smoothly. When you are a one man shop like Nest Bedding is, you need as much of the back office functions to run as smoothly and stress-free as possible. ShopKeep is a very easy to use and understand system that works very well for my store, is easy to setup, use and integrate with my credit card processor.
If you are a small business, I would personally recommend ShopKeep to anyone. They don't take a percentage of my hard earned sales, are there with a quick response, and provide an easy to use and understand POS. Thanks ShopKeep!
