The Owl Natural Latex Hybrid is lovingly made to order, so your bed won’t be ready to ship immediately. Processing your order will take 24-48 hours. It will take 3-6 business days to produce your mattress; once it has finished, it will be boxed up and shipped to your doorstep.
Shipping is free to all our Nest Bedding customers in the continental United States. Once shipped, you should receive your mattress at your doorstep in 3-8 business days.

All mattresses will wear down over time. So, we've designed the Owl Natural Latex Hybrid with a zipper to allow you to get the most out of your mattress and decrease the amount of mattress waste in our landfills.
During your initial 365-night trial, you may exchange to another feel by unzipping your mattress and placing a new comfort layer inside. We suggest you rotate or flip your feel layer every six months to distribute wear evenly.
If decreasing waste and getting more out of your mattress isn't enough, you can also opt to purchase a comfort layer from us years down the road. This allows you to double or even triple the lifespan of your Owl Natural Latex Hybrid mattress!

The Owl mattress works best with the HomeBase foundation by Nest Bedding, starting at $449. The HomeBase is an affordable, all-wood, easily assembled foundation with no tools required.
Also compatible with the Adjustable Base, Woodland Platform, and Metal Folding Frame.
*Using non-approved foundations, such as bowed slats or box springs, will void return and warranty privileges, as it can cause additional sinkage and improper support. Read more on mattress returns in our terms of service.
Does the Owl mattress sleep hot?
Construction plays a crucial role in how a mattress dissipates heat, as all mattresses will absorb energy from your body while you sleep. We considered this when designing the Owl mattress, which allows heated air to dissipate through the sides and bottom of the mattress. Organic cotton fabric and eco-flex quilting foam within this mattress help to release built-up heat. Together with a proper foundation and naturally cooling sheets, these features will guarantee an excellent night's sleep.
When you updated the name, did anything else change?

Is this mattress good for sex?
It's an important question, so don't feel embarrassed to ask it. The Owl Natural Latex Hybrid mattress is excellent for couples for multiple reasons. Couples can enjoy the firmness they desire in King and California King sizes, with increased edge support coils, handles for adjusting, and pressure-relieving latex and foam to provide a responsive surface for sex and sleep.
How does it ship, and how long does it take to expand?
The Owl, once constructed, is compressed, folded, and rolled into a large cardboard box. Queen, King, and California King orders are double-boxed to ensure your mattress arrives undamaged. Once received, your Owl mattress will reach its intended height within 12 to 24 hours.
How do I perform an exchange?
Nest Bedding is the only mattress company that allows a no-return exchange. The Owl can be unzipped to reveal a swappable firmness layer. If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please contact our team at customerservice@nestbedding.com to begin the exchange process. If you’ve purchased a King or California King size mattress, you’ve got even more options, as you may only want to exchange one side’s foam layer.
